Provided consulting to the planning and implementation of a procurement

function for a joint venture between Sikorsky and Mubadala Development Corp

(a UAE sovereign wealth fund) that will assume all intermediate and depot

level aircraft maintenance for the UAE Armed Forces (~450 fixed and rotary

wing aircraft). Working both in CT and Abu Dhabi:

Collected and analyzed baseline data of current operations at GHQ and

outlying bases;
