function for a joint venture between Sikorsky and Mubadala Development Corp

(a UAE sovereign wealth fund) that will assume all intermediate and depot

level aircraft maintenance for the UAE Armed Forces (~450 fixed and rotary

wing aircraft). Working both in CT and Abu Dhabi:

Collected and analyzed baseline data of current operations at GHQ and

outlying bases;

Utilizing "ACE" and other Continuous Improvement tools, performed "gap

analysis" to planned levels of organizational capability;

Produced comprehensive phased plans and strategies for the adoption and

development of the JV supply chain and procurement functions;
