Responsibilities included managing the QWEST Statement of Work, expenses,

security (firewall access) requests, and performance for outsourced

contracts awarded to various vendors. Scope of responsibility included

analyzing all invoices before authorizing payment; research and process all

firewall access requests according to QWEST requirements, produce Direct

Measurements of Quality (DMOQ), and impact metrics. Also performed Project

Management involving Fortune 500 client's co-location installations of high

end IT network.

Achievements included completing project before schedule of Floating

Production Storage & Offloading (FPSO) 87,000 dwt hull conversion contract

worth $84 million. Modification works which involved procurement,

construction and installation of the FPSO hull equipment, including

shipboard marine systems, cargo, ballast, inert gas, crude oil washing,

fire fighting and electrical and instrumentation. As a result

of the above achievement, was promoted to Chief Guarantee Engineer

responsible for heading all
