creation systems acquired in 1995 by Kaynar, a $150 million California-
based international aerospace fastener manufacturer. Introduced Recoil and
Keysert brand specialty fastening systems to North American industrial
distributor and OEM marketplace. After Recoil sales grew from $1 to $7
million (making it the largest division within Recoil), was promoted to
Division Manager for North America. Had P&L responsibility, overseeing
sales, marketing, purchasing, logistics, and customer service.
