(South Korea), with an expedited timeline.
. Aero impingement and thermal analysis of the rotor blade
under maximum flight conditions.
. Multiple test campaigns (Icing Wind Tunnel, materials,
fatigue, etc) and writing reports.
. Developing drawings and specifications, using GD&T and
Mil Spec standards, for manufacturing of outside tooling.
. Generate all necessary documentation, including
Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP), Interface Control
Documents (ICD), Quality Test reports, drawings,
manufacturing instructions, etc.
. Transition the product to the manufacturing facility
through training events and First Article Inspection
(FAI).
. Determine the electrical architecture for the de-ice
system
. Support manufacturing with current production (increasing
efficiencies, decreasing part costs, determining root cause,
etc) Reduced product cost by 20% (eliminating scrap) and
decreased build time by 10% in one product.
. Create Technical Proposals for customers defining the scope
