Utilized On-Screen Software to perform detailed concrete, carpentry, steel, masonry, dry wall and finish take-off.

Detailed understand of divisional take-offs and scopes for all trades in order to communicate and receive the most

competitive pricing on bid day. Efficient in Excel, Primavera, MC2, Timberline, On-Screen, Profit Tool.

Cost Reporting:

• Responsible for processing all subcontractor and vendor invoices in an expeditious manner. Utilized Profit tool

software to track production in order to optimize labor efficiencies for concrete, finish carpentry, drywall and steel

divisions of work. Tracked and processed all change orders to the owner and subcontractor. Compiled and tracked

any and all cost associated with any potential claims and disputes.

Divisions of work:

• Responsible for compiling estimates for demolition, concrete foundations, walls, slabs and decks, hollow core planks,

structural steel, miscellaneous metals, both rough and finish carpentry, metal frames, doors and hardware, drywall and

acoustical ceiling self performed work. Bid Day scope reviews for site, masonry, roofing, metal panel, glass, general

and lab equipment, mechanical and electrical subcontracted work.
