effort in the design, construction, training, and implementation of the

Digital Broadcast Operations Center (DBOC).

. As Project Manager and Chief Designer for $4.5M Digital Broadcast

Operations Center led internal staff, architect, and trades personnel

in building the facility. Developed a five-step plan for the

successful implementation of the DBOC which included budget

management, bidding and vendor selection, electronic systems design,

physical space architecture design, installation and checkout of all

equipment and wiring and at project end managed extensive system

testing and training.

. Successfully led an apprehensive operations staff through significant

workflow changes
