hospitality and specialty retail industry. Micros 9700 HMS is the most

widely used Point-of-Sale (POS) solution in the leisure and entertainment

marketplace. Guest Connection is a specialty product for restaurants to

include functionalities like taking reservations, table management and

property management services. It integrates into other Micros enterprise

suites of products. Guest Connection manages reservations and seating, and

SMART is an intranet application designed for Wells Fargo Managers and

Representatives for managing their sales information, payment schedules,

customer details and invoices generation. It generates an auto reminder to

the customer when the customer's credit period expires. A user can maintain

the information for different customers like regular, general and

industrial customers. It also maintains monthly and day-to-day stock of all

branches, daily dispatch status, and invoice generation. The application

was designed and implemented on three-tier architecture based on Corporate

Intranet.
