The plan utilized all forms of media and communication and was focused
on achieving specific effects. Managed the logistic and personnel
staff which resulted in the implementation of over $11 million in
contracts with local and international contractors. Identified and
acquired over $20 million of force protection equipment.

> Commanded a Tactical Psychological Operations Company. Responsible
for leading and training 100 soldiers to insure job proficiency and
combat readiness. Directly responsible for $5 million worth of
equipment. Led the company to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi

messages that influenced local populace to support the coalition
forces' goal to liberate and rebuild Iraq in support of the Global War
