While at UTZ Quality Foods, I was responsible for the helpdesk/phone support for 350 users and

200Pc’s. I was responsible for all HP networked printers from HP 4000 B/W lasers through CP

6015dn. I was also responsible for Toshiba networked copiers. The Specific type of hardware I

worked on was Dell Inspiron & Dimension Laptops, Dell Optiplex PC’s, Dell Presission

workstations. On these workstations and laptops I configured and set-up Microsoft Windows XP.

While working on the Dell Poweredge servers (1400 thru 2950) I added users and devices to the

network using Active Directory.

• Hardware repair and replacement on and off site as necessary

• Installation and/or maintenance of network cabling at main production facilities as well as

remote distribution centers

• Assisted with implementation and installation of a Wide Area Network (WAN) thru the

use of Nokia/Checkpoint UTM Edge appliances at their remote distribution centers
