1.Title: Comparison of Nationalized banks (State Bank of India or
SBI) and
Private banks (Housing Development Finance Corporation or
HDFC)based on
the home loan scheme.
Description:
. Estimation of the market potential for SBI home loan and HDFC home
loan.
. Comparison of SBI home loan and HDFC home loan.
2. Title: Estimation of market potential for prospective corporate tie
ups - an
IFB (Indian fine blanks) industries case study.

complain.
. Customer motivation to buy IFB products.
. To know what customers prefer.
. Giving survey based conclusion and making necessary recommendations
to improve the sales of IFB products.
3. Title: Analysis of Microstrip lines using "Finite Difference Time
Domain"
(FDTD) Method.
Description:
Various numerical techniques are available for the analysis of
electromagnetic wave propagation in Microstrip structures. One such
approach is the FDTD (Finite Difference Time Domain) method. This
technique provides the solution in the time domain of Maxwell's
equations in differential form. The purpose of the project is to
present a finite difference time domain formulation which can be used
to analyse planar Microstrip structure. The mathematical formulation
of the FDTD technique is first described. In addition absorbing
boundary condition necessary to truncate the spatial solution space is
described. Several basic Microstrip geometries are first analyzed in
order to verify the implementation and then several additional
geometries are investigated. Then the CFDTD (Compact Finite Difference
Time Domain) technique which generates the entire dispersion curve
using just a two dimensional analysis is studied. MATLAB programs
using CFTD method has been developed to find the cut off frequency in
waveguides and the dispersion characteristics of Microstrip lines.
4. Title: Secure Communication.
Description:
A secure communication employs sending information from one end to
another in
coded form so as to be understandable only to the intended parties. In
between the
two if some eavesdropper is able to access the coded information he
should not
be able to understand it. This project is one such way of providing
secure
communication. This system provides secrecy in speech communication.
The
project involves sampling of analog speech signal and subsequent
digitization
using the analog to digital convertor. This digital data is encrypted
using a
predetermined key to give a secret messege code which is then
transmitted.The
received encrypted data is decrypted using a decryption key and
subsequently
reconstructed into its analog form using a digital to analog
converter. Thus the
transmission of information secretly is achieved.Applying coding
techniques to
digital data is highlighted because of the fact that there are
numerous options of
providing security to digital data while a few options are available
for analog data.
This is a total hardware project.
5. Title: Digital Modulation and Demodulation.
Description:
The project aimed at theoretically designing a digital
communication channel.
