> End User Support Services - Field Service Engineer (FSE)

. Acted as departmental lead, in conjunction with other departmental

heads, to establish and document, processes and procedures, to

ensure global standardizations. Trained technicians globally of

these documented procedures and processes.

. Provide level II and III technical support to technical and business

users within the XL environment to ensure that the high profile and

all the printers (approximately 125 devices across three building)

in the XL America Stamford locations resulting in the improvement in
