Managed facilities construction, maintenance, and operations of 135 acres of property that
consisted of six service centers, one two-story office building, and 120 substations in North

achieved through conducting daily safety focus meetings and field job site visits.

•Developed a five year facilities capitol and maintenance plan to forecast and control future
