Gaylord Container/Inland Container, Antioch, CA
Process Mgr. - #4 Paper Machine (Dec. '00 - Sept '02)
Production Foreman on 260" Beloit paper machine producing liner (26# -73#),
medium (26#-40#) and grocery bag (65#-75#) from 100% OCC furnish. #4 PM is
a 3 ply Fourdrinier with 2 Belbonds, a Beloit ENP press, and a Black-
Clawson Hydranip. It averaged 1100 tpd, with a maximum speed of 2550 fpm.
Process Mgr. - Secondary Fiber & Steam and Power Plant (June '97 - Dec.
'00)
Production Foreman in 1200 tpd OCC recycled fiber plant and steam & power
plant. The OCC plant consisted of 3 Black-Clawson pulpers, 3 Voith Turbo
Separators, 5 Stages of BC screens, 2 sets of 2-stage BC X-clones, 2 Voith
Gyro cleaners, 2 Deckers, 3 Rietz presses and Pandia wax dispersion system.
The power plant consisted of a 38 MW gas fired GE co-generator, a gas fired
power boiler, 20 MW steam turbine and influent and effluent water
treatment. The power house provided power and steam for the mill and sold
24 MWs of power to the local power utility.
Longview Fibre Company, Longview, WA
Stock Prep Foreman (Feb '96 - June '97)
Production foreman over 18 crew members. Responsibility included bleach
market pulper, 800 tpd OCC plant, and stock prep dept. for 6 paper

pulp mill.
Asst. Stock Foreman (July '95 - Feb '96)
Production Foreman in charge of stock and additives for 6 paper machines.
Made grade changes and adjustments to meet paper quality specs. Ran a mix
of NSSC medium, bleached and natural converting, bag, colored grades and
liner.
Pulp Mill Production Foreman (Feb. '94 - July '95)
Production Foreman in each of the three pulp mill departments, woodroom,
pulping and recovery. Supervised a crew of 6 to 8 employees in each
department. Ran the production of each department to meet paper mill stock
requirements. The pulp mill consisted of chip unloading, storage and
