• Performed breakdown maintenance on assembly machines.

Documented adjustments and made comments on machine

performance.

• Rebuilt assembly machine parts (Dura-Grip grippers, Numatic valves)

to reduce down time of machines and save on cost from new parts.

• Fill-in supervisor supervised 30 employees on an as-needed basis.

Assigned employees to the machines, assured that orders were

complete, filled out time sheets, addressed employee concerns, and

made decisions concerning the assembly department.

• Performed routine and breakdown maintenance on textile machinery.

Filled out log books to maintain a record of the performance of the

machinery and to document any problem areas. Repaired pump seals,

bearings, and compression rollers.

• Performed building maintenance. Built guards and guardrails to

protect machine control panels, repaired water and steam leaks,

replaced fan belts on ceiling exhaust fans, and made plumbing repairs.
