. Led cultural changes and modifications of Health & Safety Programs at

contractors' for selection; performed follow up contractor/vendor
audits to assess their regulatory and financial risks to operations.

HSE Compliance Manager-USA, developed and improved EHS management systems
and processes for 16 USA locations (650+ staff) of global analytical
services company (ALS); led safety culture transition and environmental
compliance initiatives for two major acquisitions involving two separate
operation divisions; liaised with global HSE staff to develop strategic
initiatives improving incident/injury management processes, policies and
work practices, KPI implementation and hazard awareness to help attain

Corporate offices for 5 years, led multi-discipline project team in
design and implementation of construction remediation projects (cleanup
of PCB oil contaminated soils, sediments, and porous surfaces) in
conformance with El Paso's HSE standards at 40 natural gas compressor
stations. Responsibilities included the execution, cost and schedule
control, development of regulatory and civil construction work plans;
excavation and disposal of more than 25,000 cubic yards of contaminated
soil.
EHS Compliance Consultant, provided regulatory compliance services to
Lubrizol in support of Environmental Management compliance program;
directed and performed monthly inspections of 100 waste management units
over two year period; assessed and developed integrated personnel
training requirements to achieve compliance with RCRA, OSHA HAZWOPER and
OSHA VPP Star requirements. Directed assessment, prepared and obtained
closure for releases from SWMU under TRRP.
Environmental Compliance Consultant, established successful comprehensive
environmental management program for a Fortune 500 company; developed and
consulted on implementation of risk management strategies, provided
