I have 12 years of experience working in Land Acquisitions and Land
Development of residential communities in central North Carolina. As Land
Acquisition Manager at Wakefield Development Company, we became the largest
developer of Residential Master Planned Communities in central North
Carolina.
As the first Land Acquisition and Development Manager at Drees Homes in
Raleigh, I established the Drees Land Division in the Triangle. I acquired
and developed select land locations and communities to establish Drees
Homes as one of the most successful quality builders in the Triangle.
My experience in Construction Management, Project Management and
inspections consists of:
. 8 years in Construction and Project Management in residential
development.
. 4 years in Construction and Project Management in residential
and commercial development with an engineering firm.
. 9+ years in Project Management and Construction Inspections for
a municipality.
. 6 years in Quality Control Inspections during construction of
Shearon Harris Nuclear Power Plant.
Having lived and worked in North Carolina all of my life and having served
on the Apex Planning Board for nine years (as Chairman and Vice-Chairman
the past 5 years), I have built a strong professional network and rapport
with developers, builders, engineers, municipal officials and landowners
throughout North Carolina. I have consistently delivered quality complex
