About the The Computerized Billing System, developed by PSI Databank,

Project: India for NEA, is customer centric application which was

designed to keep track of all information of the customer.

It includes consumer registration and consumer care

management to enable the management for the effective and

prompt decision making through the up-to-date information.

The system also helps the policy makers to develop new

policy regarding the revenue, tariff, billing, and further

expansion of services in the countries. Its main features

are Application Processing, Rebate & Penalty calculation,

maintaining Consumer Ledger and Account processing.

Additional - The client side in cash counter had no real-time

responsibilities connectivity with the Server and data was previously

and tasks transferred using a floppy disk to the central server which

aligning with was unreliable. To simplify this process, a module was

the project. developed which migrated all the data to the central server

at the end of the day.

minimum consumption, discounts, data migration to the
