. One of 3 partners who developed a 35 acre parcel in Buffalo, Wyoming

into a residential subdivision.

. Responsibilities included:

o Meeting with the City staff and planning commission to develop

administration, including design of arterial roadways, parking lot

renovations/expansions and reviewing shop drawings, as well as

preparing and processing pay requests and change orders.

. Prepared proposals for work within the City of Sioux Falls.

. Worked with the City of Sioux Falls to establish new drainage criteria

for the City based on the Urban Drainage and Flood Control District

Criteria.

an infrastructure master plan for a 213-acre site, with a proposed

build-out of approximately 9.0 million square feet. The site is the

University of Colorado Denver Health Science facility at Fitzsimmons.

. Developed excel spreadsheet for the analysis of storm water runoff

utilizing the rational method.

. In charge of in house training of less experienced engineers,

including setting up brown bag presentations.

. Conducted presentations and meetings with various governmental

agencies to present and discuss projects.

. Co-authored an AWWA presentation on the upgrading of the University of

Colorado Health Sciences Center's Infrastructure.

. Modeled two sites using ModSWMM. An adapted version of the EPA's SWMM

modeling program.
