- Imagination Station, Wilson -Science Educator / Animal Care - Jan 2009 -

Job description - Daily Animal Care as in cleaning the cages, feeding and

checking water, Wilson County Big Sweep clean up coordinator which involves

pulling different groups together to help clean up such as the city of

Wilson, DOT and volunteer groups, Program Planner for workshops, summer

camps and Fabulous Fridays which are family fun events that are free and

for all ages, Educator for School groups when they visit the museum and

receive programs on science based topics and hands on fun, Animal

Volunteer Coordinator as in training each volunteer to be able to work with

our animals properly, Front desk worker as in working the register,

answering the phone and basic secretary skills,Organizing the animal supply

area, our program area, buying new supplies as needed to fill programs,

buying animal food and keeping the boxes for outreach and in-house

maintained

Aug, 2008 - Jan, 2009 Speight Middle School

Science Teacher, working with 75 kids to help them to discover science

through hands on activities and pulling the knowledge from them to watch

them grow

- Avid Tutor at Hunt High School in Wilson NC - Aug 2004 - May 2005

Job description - Teaching Chemistry, Math, Biology, and Spanish while

helping the their knowledge and share that knowledge with other students in

the group.
