1999 - PRESENT MAGNA INTERIOR SYSTEMS

DIVISION MANAGER - Multiple plant level responsibilities with multiple

division corporation in Human Resources, Benefits, Payroll, Safety, Medical

& Security. Additionally responsible for Wage & Benefits Administration,

Compensation Analysis, Affirmative Action Plans, Union Avoidance

(successfully defended company through union campaigns by implementation of

employee recognition and communication programs), Communication Meetings

(designed and implemented employee recognition and communication programs

to increase ownership and pride of facility). Company advisor to Employee

Fairness Committee activities and Committee Chairperson to Corporate HR in

Toronto, Ontario (assist in the corporate strategic planning process).

MANAGER - Plant level responsibility, provided direction and management for

direct and indirect staff of a 550-person Plant, in Human Resources, Wage &

Benefits, Safety, and Grievance Procedures for a pro-employee facility.

Additionally responsible for manpower planning, staffing programs including

recruitment, developing and managing employee relations, supervisory &

management development programs, introduction and administration of

employee involvement through employee committees and job evaluation

programs (created Employee Involvement atmosphere to achieve Self-Directed

Work Teams). Created "Selection Committee" of hourly/supervisory

interviewing team to review, interview, and recommend job position

candidates.

1994 - 1999 SYSTEMS SERVICE ENTERPRISES, INC.

MANAGER - Corporate level responsibility, overseeing Human Resources,

Benefits, Safety & Recruiting. Advise Senior Management on Human

Resources, Employee Relations, Personnel and Legal Compliance issues.

Provide direction and management for Staffing, Development, Education and

Technical Support groups in order to maintain departmental objectives.

Develop, implement and provide statistical data from various HRIS programs

for corporate planning.

1990 - 1993 PARAGON GROUP, INC.

MANAGER - Corporate level responsibility with multiple facilities,

established a Corporate Human Resource Department in St. Louis, accountable

for Human Resources in (thirteen state) Midwest Region. Designed and

implemented performance review and compensation programs including bonus

plan for individual achievement for management, sales and associate levels.

Managed all benefits, insurance and safety programs. Responsible for

overseeing all payroll functions, salary administration, bonus, review

schedules, employment and personnel activities. Administrated and oversaw

all training, orientation, policy interpretation, conflict resolution,

corrective discipline and termination procedures. Represented the

corporation in legal and governmental issues and assisted corporate in the

preparation of arbitration's and contract negotiations. Arranged and

administered consolidation and shutdown of numerous corporate assets.

1979 - 1990 ANHEUSER-BUSCH, INC.

FIELD MANAGER - Corporate level responsibility with multiple facility

divisions, managed 150 employees and operations for eleven Brewery sites.

Accountable for a $6 million budget. Orchestrated and directed promotional

activities for all Tour, Gift Shop and several Clydesdale Operations.

Developed and directed a complete renovation of the Williamsburg, Virginia

Tour. Project Manager for the construction, opening and start up of the

new Brewery Tour, Gift Shop and Clydesdale Hamlet in Fort Collins,

Colorado.

PERSONNEL SPECIALIST - Responsible for corporate level recruitment,

selection and placement of business professionals. Additional involvement

and responsibilities in training, compensation, organizational development

and EEO compliance. Activities included interfacing with eighteen

bargaining units and management of College Relations programs. Researched,

proposed, instituted and monitored a successful posting system for non-

exempt employees. Supervised and expanded company wide Intern and Minority

programs.

1975 - 1979 EMERSON ELECTRIC COMPANY

TECHNICAL EMPLOYMENT REPRESENTATIVE - Recruited individuals for 1,500 plus

division, by designing and instituting various selection processes.

Interviewed candidates, established and coordinated plant visits,

formulated and negotiated offers and relocation packages. Conceived and

coordinated contract labor standards for approximately 300 professionals.

Negotiated, facilitated and tracked labor contracts with select consulting

firms.

PERSONNEL REPRESENTATIVE - Corporate level responsibility with multiple

division/multiple facility corporation. Responsible for hourly and

salaried staffing and training in company policies and procedures.

Developed, maintained and presented Corporate Orientation and Benefits

Presentations.
