($90M value) with FDOT Districts 1 and 7 for
the Sunshine Skyway Bridge and over 2000
fixed bridges and 30 movable bridges in a 17
County area. Responsible for overall
project management, safety, budgeting, client
satisfaction, staff supervision of 30
employees and multiple subcontractors,
emergency repair construction management,

as well as contract/budget preparation.
. Performed Assistant Project Manager duties on four FDOT BRIM contracts
in Districts 1 and 7. Performed 24/7 on-call emergency response,

managed Division's annual operations budget and Capital Improvement
Program (CIP) budget. Managed division's fleet resources and
replacement program. Supervised consultant engineers, specified
equipment, materials and administered construction and maintenance
contracts. Acted as Division spokesperson at public meetings,
prepared press releases for media, made public statements on
television. Performed supervisory engineering functions for all
aspects of roadway and roadway appurtenance maintenance.
