manager. Also while employed, I was made training supervisor for my store. Such
responsibilites included hiring and orientating new team members, crew development
plans, training and certification of crew trainer's as well as crew chiefs, development
plans for team members, end of week inventory, end of month inventory,daily inventory,
coaching, equitpment maintence. I also was responsible for the training of newly hired
manager's.
