• As Salvage Claims Representative, coordinated the disposition of vehicles that had been

classified as total losses; obtained titles from lien holders and clients; facilitated payment of

claims.

• As Underwriter, reviewed policy applications received from brokers to determine if potential

clients were acceptable risks; ordered, reviewed and verified state issued motor vehicle reports

for new applications and renewals; processed policy endorsements; oversaw non issued list to

ensure that all policies were issued on a timely basis by all department underwriters.

repurchase by FNMA/FHLMC, due to those loans not complying with seller guidelines; ordered

and signed off on field reviews to ensure that property values were correct.

appraisals, verification and validation of income documents; granted approval on loans to

$150,000; worked closely with sellers and with clearing conditions; exposed to guidelines of all

Countrywide divisions, including FHA loans; recognized by management and coworkers for
