Objective

to find a company that want a take control hands on superintendent.

Summary of Qualifications

i have over 37 years total in construction and over 25 of those runing

the job. i have a lot of experiance working with little or no supervision

as some of my jobs were over 500 miles form the office. have worked on a

verity of project rangeing from fast food to schools and nursing homes

and projects from 1800 sf to 50,000sf and cost from 500,00 to 5m.

i would supervise the site to make sure that sub, labor and material were

on site to keep job flow going so deadlines were met and quality was

maintained. while with this company some of the projects i completed

include 5 Arron's sales and leasing, renovations to the science building

at Wallace collage and an addition to troy health and rehab plus others

superintendent (8/1996 - 6/2002)

traveled all over the southeast building zaxby and waffle house

restaurants. i had a set of blueprints a budget and a street address from

there i would gather the necessary trades to complete the project on time

and in budget
