Vice President, Division Manager (2004 - 2010)

Directed business development efforts and long-term marketing strategy

for a provider of commercial construction services throughout the Western

United States, with front-line profitability accountability for a $200

million division. Oversaw all phases of construction operations. Built

client relationships and negotiated contracts and GMPs. Managed OCIP,

CCIP, subcontractor and overall insurance placement and subcontractor
