Vice President, Division Manager (2004 - 2010)

Directed business development efforts and long-term marketing strategy

for a provider of commercial construction services throughout the Western

United States, with front-line profitability accountability for a $200

million division. Oversaw all phases of construction operations. Built

client relationships and negotiated contracts and GMPs. Managed OCIP,

CCIP, subcontractor and overall insurance placement and subcontractor

prequalification. Directed recruiting, hiring, training, and employee

development. Managed $25 million per year Special Projects Group.

Four Seasons.

. Grew division by 300% within four years (from $65 million to $196
