o As the first Office Manager in my last two positions, I developed
detailed procedural and operational administrative processes that

Successful recruitment, training, scheduling, and management of staff and
up to 200 volunteers. Proven success simultaneously managing multiple
office and event locations.
o Operated chapter in an unsupervised multi-function role
(Director/Marketing/Projects) for 18 months after economic layoffs
decreased staffing.
o Co-coordinator in the planning, organization, and execution of three
highly successful "Project Playhouse" annual fundraising events, each of
