New Beginning Television 08/01/2007 - Present - Tazewell,

Chief Technician reporting directly to the CEO

Programming: Installed, and maintained specific scripts,

exe, java, php. Also installed java and php applications

and maintained Linear Digital software on encoding

equipment.

Network Systems: Set up inner office network (pc's) using

Server 2003 and regular Microsoft TCP/IP networking. Setup

remote access to studio and tower site systems using Netop,

VPN, and Logmein.

Website Development: Hosted, and built websites for

company. Developed interactive php scripts, and voting

scripts. Maintained and kept sites fresh and updated.

New Technologies: Installed and trained other staff via

power point and hands on in class room environment on

efficient utilization of new equipment (Transmitters, PC's,

Servers, Video/Audio Transmission units).

Day to Day operations: Maintenance on all equipment

including copy machines, printers, cameras, sound

equipment, PC's, etc. Worked with engineers from Verizon

and AT&T on RF modulation problems, FCC filing regulations,

transmission output equipment monitoring and Spotwave

installation RF area surveys. Worked with Rushworks

engineers making software upgrades, hardware analysis and

RF transmission monitoring.

CEO/Director of Operations

Opened and operated this new business. The company started

as a small computer store and later included the sell of

cellular phones, rapidly growing to 4 locations with 9 to

15 employees at any given time.

I built systems, installed networks for businesses, worked

with and gained an extensive knowledge of software

applications from a wide variety of vendors.

During my time at WRIC I assisted with engineering for a

maintained a very interactive website for the station and
