Mountainside, NJ
Customer Service- Project Coordinator in a very busy mid-size Printing
Company specializing in offset printing, variable data digital printing,
hi-speed copy, mailing and fulfillment services, serving primarily to
corporate clients in pharmaceutical and financial markets. I managed all
aspects of print projects, following client's and agency's guidelines,
scheduled all resources for each job while managing changes and
facilitating communication with sales, production stuff and customers. I
demonstrated strong organizational, analytical and negotiating skills

all production stages and accomplish the lowest job recall/re-print
percentile. Daily tasks included:
V Estimating pricing for printing projects done in house or vendors in a
most efficient and profitable way
V Managing and monitoring projects, resolving any issues and problems
from order entry through production, quality control, shipping and

04/1996-12/2003 TKG Imaging Inc.
Bridgewater, NJ
Production and Pre- Press Manager for an art studio and one of the
pioneering large format digital printers, which specialized in graphic
design services, and production of indoor/outdoor banners, exhibition
booths, backlights, and fine art reproductions. After two years with the
company where I worked as MAC- pre-press tech, I was promoted to a
Production Manager position and played a leading role in developing new
production department for which I researched and purchased the newest
digital equipment, service plans and established a list of preferred
vendors. I took major role in developing new pricing structure for the
company where I monitored and recorded department spending and calculated
costs of operations. In the final four years my expertise in technical and
design aspects was employed in all meetings with clients where the details
of design and implementation of new projects were decided. TKG Inc. in its
last four years of operation reached 35% of annual growth. The company was
sold in 2003. Clients list included many of 500 fortune companies, among
them: United Nations, Johnson & Johnson, Lucent, Roche, Lenox, Clinique,
Liz Claiborne, Prudential, MetLife and many more.
