. Westfield Insurance is an insurance domain maintenance project.

Project incorporates three modules which are AMCoE, RaPD PL (Personal

Lines) and RaPD CL (Commercial Lines). Project takes care of

Westfield's day to day policies management, business requirements and

supports production cycles.

. This project deals with production tickets/incidents/Change orders

related to Base (B53P), Month-End (WMEP), New agency Production

(NPR), Agency Information Systems (AIS), General Reporting (RPTP) &

Agency Statutory Reporting (ANSP) Systems which all come under AMCOE

(5.3) System . This includes analysis, enhancements and code fixes in

mainline policy processing programs.

Responsibilities include:

o Analysis of tickets/incidents and providing quick solutions.

o Necessary code fix and unit testing in order to fix production

problems.

o Research and resolution of abends in production problems.

o Conducting code reviews.
