of St. John's Mercy Healthcare (SJMHC), which is a $1.4B healthcare
organization of 10,000 employees consisting of 2 hospitals, 65 physician
offices and ambulatory care facilities.
. Successfully managed actual budget to $9.6MM for FY09 vs. planned budget
of $11.2MM.
. Improved employee engagement scores while organization successfully
implemented EPIC (electronic medical records system) entity wide.
. Redesigned the HR organization structure to be client focused, effective

. Developed competency level of HR staff resulting in three out of seven
team members at the St. Louis site receiving a promotion. Provided

regular development meetings, and understanding each person's individual

. Acted as agent of change through enormous challenges over a 5 year
period, going from Monsanto to Pharmacia to Pfizer. Optimized numerous
structure reorganizations, implemented selection processes, selected new
leaders, facilitated goal setting and long-range planning, and influenced
the emergence of a new culture focused on finding points of agreement
while addressing conflict.
. Selected to serve on the core acquisition team when Pfizer acquired
