Provide a consulting service for small local companies in the Banking

industry. Aid with solution management, system procurement, system

design and analysis. Advise and direct local businesses as to how to

approach and build expectations regarding third party vendor

management. Write data interface programs, FTP file transfers and

provide help desk support for desktop systems. Consult several

community banks in Arkansas, Tennessee and Kentucky to support EIPS

check processing, back-office imaging systems and data backup

. Personally coded the HEDIS reports for the HMO.

. Created a test data base for the SME QA group which provided an off-

line subset of live data for quick, flexible testing. The live example

testing quickened the test turn-around time, increased results

confidence and provided a defensible argument for the accuracy of the

tests.

. Designed, coded and implemented an Administrative Services Only sub-

system which was integrated into the Healthcare system work flow. The

ASO system provided over $100,000 per month increase in revenue for

the Health Plan.

. Coded projects 20+ years in the COBOL language for various mainframes

and operating systems.

. Served as Senior Technical programmer and expert user for the

mainframe programming staff.

Citizen's Bank, Evansville, IN 1980 - 1987

Banking Project Manager - Loan Systems

. Managed the conversion of Commercial loan, Mortgage loan and

Installment loan systems and data from the correspondent base to the

Host bank mainframe systems.

. Worked closely with the Vice President of Software Systems to code,

test and install a new Installment Loan system for a billion dollar

client bank.

. Maintained and installed new releases of software for all loan

systems.

My positions at the above companies, (Goldleaf, BancSource, Welborn HMO,

BlueCross/Blue Shield and Citizens Bank), through no fault of my own, were

lost due to down-sizing, sell-off, buy-out or elimination of position due

to consolidation or removal of the mainframe system.
