business users can plan the inventory. I have taken ownership of different
applications like Executive Dashboard/Store KPI Dashboard/Store
Productivity Reports/Sales & Inventory Reports/Franchise Delivery
Visibility/Daily Sales/Weekly Sales and Top 30 Reports.
Store KPI Dashboard/Executive Dashboard:
This is one of the major Projects in GAP which is extensively used in all
stores for all brands. The reports are based off the Location Hierarchy
spanning from Zone, Region, District and Store. Ability to navigate from
Zone Level down to Store is provided based on user level in the location
hierarchy. The Time Hierarchy will span from This Week (TW), Last Week
(LW), Month-to-Date (MTD), Quarter-to-Date (QTD), Season-to-Date (STD) and
Year-to-Date (YTD). Not all data is available at Day Level and some will
be at Week level or higher (MTD, QTD, STD, and YTD) depending on
availability in the EDW. IOC Stores need to be rolled-up to parent stores
whenever store-level details are shown. Access to Portal reports will be
provided through LDAP security (user level access). User Access should be
granted as per the LDAP security access model. Over 15000 users across all
brands are using this Dashboard Reports. User Access is granted a level up
