Joseph F. Moloughney (page 3)
Successfully converted 1.5 terabyte compliance data warehouse and all transformation, loading and reporting processes after
Credit Suisse First Boston (CSFB) acquisition of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette Inc. (DLJ). Project entailed integration of diverse
staffs and converting from an MS SQL Server/NT environment to an Oracle/UNIX environment. Re-designed data model to
comply with CSFB global standards and existing CSFB data and reporting requirements. At peak performance 350,000 to
400,000 trade records and 750,000 position records were imported daily. Eleven years of trade history was available on-line.
Reference data such as security master, account master and market data was also imported daily. Project was completed in six
months with a significant reduction in cost and schedule from original project at DLJ. Considered a subject matter expert on
compliance data warehousing and reporting for regulatory and surveillance obligations.
In the aftermath of September 11 we urgently developed an Anti Money Laundering application that was lost in the transition from
DLJ. System was originally developed in FoxPro and SQL Server. It was re-designed and developed in Oracle with a web
based reporting front end. Working with diminishing resources the system was developed in only four weeks.

security master data and market data. All loading and transformation processes were re-built as well as report delivery
from FoxPro to Crystal Reports. At peak about 300,000 trade and 150,000 position records were imported daily from close to 90
different sources as well as security master data, market data information and account master data.
