I have performed various testing and troubleshooting of different products

such as the T-Berd 8000 and the HST Sims. I have also learned to repair

many of the different types of Sims down to the component level. I was

involved heavily in product improvement mainly with test fixtures and

testing procedures. I worked heavily on the T-Berd 8000 fiber optic test

equipment troubleshooting to component level. Worked with quality control

to assure everything was to current specifications before shipping to the

customer.

I was very efficient in leaded and lead-free soldering especially with

ECN's and other engineering fixes.

Technician

Performed failure analysis and provided recommendations to management for

corrective action. I have performed electronic repair to board and

component level equipment. I interacted with engineers, technicians, and

production personnel regarding testing procedures and results. Diagnosed

solid-state and digital boards to component level, soldering and replacing

parts as needed. I was lead tech for the PAT (Product Audit Test) group,

which was highly involved in eliminating early life failures and out of box

failures. This involved both visual and testing audits to assure everything

was to current revision. I was involved with major ground system building,

configuring and testing severs and other equipment to be installed in

racks. I tested and troubleshot all racks required before shipment.

Grounds Maintenance

I performed various duties, which included cutting of grass on the greens,

fairways, tees, and roughs. I also performed various maintenance of the

equipment daily and more advanced maintenance in the wintertime. I was also

responsible for maintaining the irrigation system fixing breaks in the

lines and replacing sprinkler heads. Customer service was huge in this

field since I saw so many people every day.
