o Led a development team of 15 people to identify, finance, lease,

construct and sell retail, office and mixed-use development projects

throughout the Southeast

o Oversaw the development of a 600,000 s.f. LEED "Gold" certified Social

Security Administration building in Birmingham, AL.

o Launched a new retail division in Atlanta and grew it into an Atlanta

Business Chronicle top 10 development firm within three years

o Successfully developed the regional office's first multi-family

project: a 294 unit apartment complex. Identified, underwrote and
