Project Manager
- As part of the PMO in the health care system for Supply Chains - Order to
Cash organization, facilitate with other functional groups for a
successful delivery SAP Inventory Modules of Deployment 1 and 1B to other
J&J subsidiary companies, nation wide: ASP, BWI, DePuy Mitek, and DePuy
Spine.
- With a budget of $45 million ($200 million for all 3 deployments),
prepare and maintain the staffing/resources plan for the projects.
- Co-locate with other senior project managers from the subsidiary national
companies for negotiations of approval dates to the integrated project
plans.
- Prepare internal Project cycle deliverables and monitoring the delivery.
- Ensure that appropriate Sign Off has been notated for all deliverables.
