All facets of creating and running a business including business
development and sales, running preconstruction and construction management
for projects, writing proposals and contracts, consulting, and accounting.
The project management has involved coordination with the owner and the
bidding, awarding and management of architects, contractors and interior
designers for a given project. Work has also included other miscellaneous
estimating, schedules and consultation with contractors and developers.

Preconstruction Design Coordinator
2007 to 2009
Responsible for running a department which coordinated between the in-
house development and finance department, construction project managers
and the contracted design engineers to prepare projects for commencement
of construction. Duties included determining site feasibility,
implementing contracts with design engineers and consultants, reviewing
design documents and plans, coordinating all reviews and approvals with
the local and state governments, and overseeing all pre-construction work.
This position also occasionally included working with contractors to get a
jump-start on construction work.

Construction Manager duties included overseeing the development and
construction of site improvement work, acting as construction manager and
liaison to third party customers to ensure efficiency and supervision of
cost control. Additional duties included budgeting, bidding, creating and
awarding of contracts necessary for completion of each development.
Monitored and controlled property management, which included running the
commercial associations for each development until turned over to business
owners. Responsible for preconstruction duties such as rezoning of
property, consulting with owner through the design phase and due diligence
preconstruction work.

drawings for submittal and scheduled material orders and delivery to
jobsite for installation. Performed duties of a supervisor in the
