Support for HPA/DAP/Oversampling : 30-40 products in 3 production lines from Kickoff

to Release to production .

• Create project plans, set up Master Material /SAP, setup active travelers for assembly / test .

• Create SWRs and support to build prototype, qualification units and RTM lots.

• PG/tape out request form summit,start wafer lots, hold / split lots and tracking .

• Prepare Qualification plans and collect data for approval .

• Work closely with the development teams to ensure New Product Development, qualification,

Release to Market and Release to Production requirements are met and aligned with ISO 9001.

Position: Product Engineer 1998-2001

Employment : HPA/ High Speed Data Converter Department, Texas Instrument Dallas, Texas

Support for ADC communication family.

• Product engineer and project leader: make achievement plan, validation project .

• Development probe card, burning board, characterizing and probe program, qualification plan

run bond and mount diagram, run characterization over temperature on Teradyne A580 tester .

• PG/tape out request form summit,start wafer lots, hold / split lots and tracking .

• Set up Master Material /SAP, active travelers for assembly / test .

• Create SWRs and support to build prototypes, qualification units and RTM lots.

• Improve the yield at final test.

• Complete the document to release to production and release hardware off shore.

Position : Test Engineer 1997-1998

Support for TVP4020 Permedia 2 3D graphic Processor

• Work on the setup and hold test, Speed test on Vseries,characterizing the DC parameter

such as leakage, output voltage, IDDQ and timing margin as well.

• On Teradyne A580, characterizing the AC parameters such as high frequency DAC tests: settling, raising,

falling time, skew DAC to DAC by using High Speed Sampler, INL, DNL, and VREF test .

• Support and improve the yield at the production line.

Position: Product / Test Engineer 1995-1997

Employment: ASIC Department, Texas Instrument Dallas, Texas

Support for ASIC group : Prototype, release to production and support production line.

• Generate test hardware and software, probe wafers, work with CDC to debug prototypes in

debug tools such as shmoo, waveform, vector and search tool on Vseries tester.

• Run characterization at hot, cold and room temperature on Vseries tester.

• Release 30-40 prototypes each year .

• Improve final test yield up to 98% at the production line.

• Team working skills and multiple tasks to interface with designers, test/assembly site.
