Job Description:
Represent clients in criminal and civil li tigation and other legal proceedings, draw
u p legal documents, and manage or advise clients on legal t ransactions. I have 3
years experience in commercial li tigation (breach of contract, breach of fiduciary
d uty, consumer fraud and business torts). I have excellent wri ting skills, good oral
advocacy skills, and strong work ethic; I am licensed in Jordan, and have a good
academic background
My Responsibili ties
As a lawyer who is a specimen for clients, an officer of the legal system and a
p ublic citizen having special responsibili ty for the quality of justice. As an agent of
clients, I did various functions. As an advisor, I provide a client with an informed

u nderstanding of my client's legal r ights and obligations and explain their practical
i mplications.
As an advocate, I obsessively emphasizes the client's position under the rules of
t he adversary system. As a representative, I seeks a result advantageous to the
client but dependable with requirements of honest dealing with others. As a
mediator between clients, I seek to adjust their different interests as an advisor
and, to a limi ted extent, as a spokesperson for each client. As an assessor, I examine
a client's legal affairs and reports about them to the client or to others.
I n all professional functions I know that I am capable, punctual and diligent. I keep
a client's confidences and secrets relating to representation except so far as
d isclosure is required or permit ted by the Rules of Professional Conduct or other
law. I preserve communication with a client concerning the representation. .
I seek development of the law, the administration of justice and the quality of
service rendered by the legal profession. I refine knowledge of the law beyond i ts use
for clients; use that knowledge in improvement of the law and work to strengthen
legal education. I am aware of defects in the administration of justice and of the fact
t hat the poor, and sometimes persons who are not poor, cannot pay for competent
legal assistance, and should therefore devote professional t ime and civic in fluence in
t heir behalf. I help the legal profession in pursuing these objectives.
M y responsibilities as a representative of clients, an officer of the legal
system and a public citizen are usually concordant. Thus, when an opposing party is
well represented, I can be enthusiastic advocate on behalf of a client and at the
same time assume that justice is being done. Also, I can be certain that preserving
client confidences usually serves the public interest because people are more likely
to seek legal advice, and thus pay attention to their legal obligations, when they
k now their communications will be private.
I n addition I a m helping the parties to resolve an argument or other matter in such
