An experienced construction project manager, skilled in facilitating the

overall processes of the construction projects. This includes concept to

finish, all the while inspiring & supervising the personnel on the project

in a positive mode. As well as interfacing with Clients, Officials, and

Public resources.

SELECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

. On Site Project Manager for Monsanto AG-E projects for cotton research

facilities. This Included effluent systems, cotton gins, cyclones and

super structures, delinting equipment, Seed treating process equipment, and

Laboratories, as well as site work and Maintenance building. Job was

completed with 61743 Man hours with out a single recordable safety

incident.

. Created a base concept for the building of a $380K international

structure in Greece. This involved design, manufacture, and the

acquisition of all the parts and pieces of an entire building, having it

placed in containers and shipping it overseas to site. Personally

supervised the on site construction of the project. Result: A quick and

easily well built, earthquake, weather, and terrorist resistant radio

transmitter station for Voice of America.

. Inspired and managed a group of construction personnel to create,

layout and construct a facility for wheel chair training for a non-profit

group. Result: Paraquad became the proud owner of a donated (first in

the Midwest) Wheel Chair Training facility. An award was given for the

project.

. Managed and facilitated a project to install a large $60K skylight in a

Chicago Mall business, while the facility was open for business. Result:

A 14 x 14 skylight was installed with no loss of business for the client

and no environmental damage to the store during rainy season

. Coordinated the design and construction of a new Hotel Concierge Lounge

in conjunction with a local wood working Company. Responsible for the

conception, implementation, and completion of this project. Result:

Stunning lounge came in 25 % under budget.

. Implemented several action steps to recover a failing construction

project. This included the supervision of subcontractors, along with

consistent communication with the Owner of the building and other involved

vendors. Result: Project was completed with minimal loss of money.

Owner was able to "save face" with the public, owners, vendors and

subcontractors.

. Created a method of layout to build numerous perfect ellipses (of

various sizes) in the construction of a Custom Home. Trained and

supervised the contractors in the implementation of the project. Result:

A one of a kind structure in the area.

. Assumed responsibility for the management of a failing hotel project,

including the facilitation of material, implementation of schedules, and

creation of rapport with Subcontractors. Result: The completed $7.5 MM

project allowed the hotel to have no litigation due to the initial failing

of the company.

. Designed and supervised the final methodology of construction for the

total replacement of an historical (Circa/1900) wooden storefront building.

Result: The final project was approved by the Historical Society and was

accomplished within budget.

. Created a foolproof field program computer Manual for company

superintendents. Trained the staff in the utilization of the Manual.

Result: End users felt comfortable with the Program. Manual was

eventually purchased by other competitors to use for training purposes.
