Manager of IT Strategy and Development -BASF Integration (2000 - 2000)
. Due to BASF's acquisition of American Home Products agricultural
business, managed the implementation, integration and
consolidation of all Information Technology infrastructures and
reporting systems in Latin America, using SAP R/3, to meet the
year-end goal of "one-face" to the customer. Project was
completed on time and within budget, producing an immediate $4M
savings in operating efficiencies.
Information Services Associate Director and Auditor (1995 - 2000)
. Reorganized and strengthened IT resources by setting realistic
team goals, establishing empowerment objectives, and leading
needs assessment evaluations that resulted in a 25% improvement
in performance and attendance, while reducing turnover by 10%
within one year.
Managed, planned and led the execution of internal IT Audits, for a
$12B pharmaceutical enterprise in a global setting, including Risk
Assessments, Planning, Fieldwork, Management Review, Post-Audit follow-

of performance management reports and implemented a worldwide
financial consolidation reporting system that improved corporate

. Managed from inception to deployment the implementation of a
major infrastructure project in Brazil, to link more effectively
local offices and manufacturing plants, achieving a $2M IT
