August-2008 Plant Manager, responsible for total operation of plant.
Implemented Lean Manufacturing Principles to reduce cost in
the Quality area and thru-put of equipment using OEE
June 2007 - Midwest Stamping, Sumter, South Carolina
November 2007 Plant Manager, responsible for total operations of the
plant with sales of $6.5 million monthly. Improved P/L
each month by incorporating Lean Manufacturing
Principles, using SQDCM principles and my extensive
experience with process control. Main customers were
Nissan, Ford, Dana, Lear and Bosch.
August 2005 - Midwest Stamping, Edgerton, Ohio
June 2007 Assistant Plant Manager, responsible for all engineering,
maintenance, stamping, new launches and a P/L based
on sales of $12.0 million monthly. Major customer focus
with Toyota, Honda, Nissan, KTH and Lear.
July 1997 - Midwest Stamping, Sumter, South Carolina
August 2005 Assistant Plant Manager, responsible for area's of engineering,
new launches, stamping and welding. Also held
positions of Interim Plant Manager, Maintenance Manager and
Manufacturing Manager, as well as being trained in the
Toyota production system. Certified in QS9000, ISO14001 and
TS16949. Implemented Lean Manufacturing principles into our
plant process.
April 1990 - Portage Paper, Kalamazoo, Michigan
June 1997 General Manager, responsible for all operations and P/L of
three plants based on sales of $5.7 million monthly.
Being process driven, I continued to drive process
control into all areas of the plant to insure our
continued success.
September 1981 - Performance Papers, Kalamazoo, Michigan
April 1990 General Manager, responsible for P/L based on sales of
$4.2 million of three plants. Improved the P/L while
driving changes into all areas of a union plant, while
keeping amicable working relationship with union
membership. I also held positions of Plant Manager and
Engineering Manager.

electrician, E/I specialist and process control engineer.
