. Oversaw A/P process with production staff, suppliers and accounting
staff. Manage A/R with production staff and clients. Responsible for
managing day-to-day financial operations, which includes daily and
weekly meetings with upper management and production staff, constant
communication to all levels.
. Responsible to update a weekly cash flow report given to upper
management. Oversee Month-end Job costing (works in progress) P&L by
project, client, and Project Manager. Extensive budgeting for new and
ongoing projects and forecasting by project and client.
. Assist with monthly, and yearly accounting closing process.
. H/R duties include 401(k) plan administration, Medical and Dental plan
