4/10-7/10: LONGS HUMAN RESOURCE/BERG SPIRAL PIPE-QUALITY

CONTROL:

Analyze and inspect the quality of pipe for complete satisfactory and

specification for delivery to customers. Repair any defects detected by

melting Hot Mold Pipe Compound using a mini torch.Calibrate brushes every

4hrs.Use pipe bar to move pipe to loading dock.

. Scan/inspect pipe with brush to reveal any defects/holds on pipe.

Stand and constantly walk for 12hr rotating shift, and able to lift 50

plus pounds.

. Prepare pipe for loading dock for railcars by placing ropes around

pipe and putting inspection data info inside pipe.

5/07-4/09: AUSTALUSA-EXPEDITER:

Compiles and maintains material and parts inventory and status information

to expedite movement of material and parts between production areas.

Analyze and plan work for utlization, workflow, and layout of equipment.

Confer with staff concerning product design and tooling to ensure efficient

production methods.

. Confers with department Supervisors to determine overdue material to

specified production areas. Work with Supervisors to proactively

monitor and improve equipment reliability. .

. Order material, track, and distribute material to Supervisors for

Production. Confer with vendors and vendor related problems with

regard to specifications, timing, purchasing, quality, quantity and

delivery to expedite orders.

. Maintain the Engineering Budget Report. Manage internal and external

work orders and materials. Review purchase orders as appropriate to

expedite order fulfillment.

order material for production.
