Project Superintendent

I was responsible for all day-to-day operations and the success of new

construction projects for company with 2000 employees generating $850M

annually. Directed crews, manage schedules and logistics, and compliance

with worker safety, liability, and property protection agreements.

Maintained open communication channels with diverse range of contactors

including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry. Supervised mass-grading,

site utilities and use of heavy equipment and construction tools,

maintained timecards and business documentation.
