PROJECT MANAGER
Seagull Energy, Houston, Texas
Demolition and tenant build out of 25,000 SF within 11 wees. Performed
value engineering to ensure project delivery within schedule and the
budget.
Haynes and Boone Law Firm, Houston, Texas
Demolition and tenant build out of 26,000 SF within 10 weeks. Work
included mechanical and eletrical upgrade, high finishes with critical lead
times. The project was a coordianted design effort to produce within the
constraints of the schedule, as well as, perform the work in an occupied
high rise structure.
Vinson and Elkins Law Firm, Houston, Texas
Demolition and tenant build out of 25,000 SF floor, the renovation of
elevator lobbies and re-carpeting of 12 occupied floors. Elevator lobby
work included extensive custom millwork and stone flooring with minimal
interruption to the client. The elevator lobbies and all areas re-carpeted
remained functional during the day.
Panhandle Easter Relocation / Reorganization, Houston, Texas
Eleven phased continuous remodel of 687,000 SF, including critical
scheduling and coordination inot neighboring occupied buildings.
Petroleum Information Corporation, Houston, Texas
Tenant improvements of 60,000 SF. Construciton was completed in six weeks,
which met the schedule objectives. The stringent budget and progressive
schdule was established with the Owner and all subcontractors during the
preconstruction phase, and implemented successfully with minimal disruption
to the occupied building.
PROJECT ENGINEER
Sundance West - Bass Brothers, Fort Worth, Texas
Mixed use facility, including 11 cincema theaters, six floors of
apartments, and one level of retail facilities; Total 12 stories and two
levels of underground parking. Responsible for MEP / FP subcontractors.
Mrs. Baird's Bakeries, Fort Worth, Texas
Mechanically intense bakery facility consisting of a precast concrete, tilt
wall structure with partial brick facing: 130,000 SF ; including 5,800 SF
vehicle maintenance building, and 4300 SF thrift store. Responsible for
site infrastructure (utilities and paving), and MEP / FP subcontractors.
Checkers Hotel, Los Angeles, California
Structural renovation of a 14 story hotel originally built in 1926.
Renovation included two new stories for mechanical rooms, health and
fitness facility and swimming pool. The lower floors consisted of 190
suites, meeting and banquet rooms, library and a Five Star restaurant. The
hotel was awarded the Los Angeles Business Council Beautification Award, in
the category of "Restored High Rise", honoring architectural and
landscaping accomplishments. Responsible for electrical, life safety,
doors / hardware, stone, ceramic, millwork, and accessory subcontractors.
