If your company needs someone to insure projects are completed on time and

within budget - I would like to meet with you discuss your needs and

expectations. I am seeking a position in the construction industry and have

been an estimator, project manager, superintendent, and outside salesman.

I was honorably discharged from the Army Corps of Engineers in Aug, 1978

with the rank of Captain. I began my career at the age of 12 helping my

father do quantity takeoffs and site layout. I have successfully made money

on projects as small as transformer pads and as large as power plants. I

have extensive experience in design build projects for a variety of

customer including Trammel Crow. Projects of note Austin Geriatrics' Center

for the Government Service Administration; Decker Creek Power Plant Phase I

& II for the City of Austin; the largest construction packet Austin ISD

ever attempted ($500,000,000); and 270,000 sq ft manufacturing faculty for

Stuart-Stephenson in San Marcos, TX.

Position: commercial site development coordinator.

3/78 to 9/81 Pence Construction Houston, TX

Position: Project manager/estimator for design build projects

9/75 to 3/78 Bill Milburn Company Austin, TX

Position: responsible for site development and concrete foundation of

driveways and parking, which averaged pouring 180 cu yds of

concrete and 200 tons of asphalt a day

with a good quantity take off and a realistic schedule prepared by a
