with Vivarium on an active hospital campus.
. Westin Hotel and Luxury Condominiums, $98,000,000.00. Various contract
types. Just under 1,000,000 SF, 40 story concrete high-rise with
Luxury Condominiums, Hotel and retail spaces.

252,000sf high school, New Athletic Complex, Extensive renovations and
additions to districts Middle and three Elementary Schools.
