Project :Telephone questioner Survey

This is a survey project where group of people call different phone numbers

which has been collected from each individual state to find out

difficulties in contact lens wearing.

This phone numbers are called randomly from database and stores the

respective data in respective tables.

Project : Assets Management.

This Project is developed to monitor fixed assets and liabilities of the

organization. it will calculate the depreciation value of each fixed

assets as per the depreciation values for the year specified in the master

the trigger will fire in each financial year at 31st march at midnight 12

pm and will the depreciation values calculation and put it into the

database .

Project : Myopia Project.

This Project has been developed to check the eyes of children in each

school in Australia to know if any child has the myopia disease. A

equipment will be connected to any laptop or system and it records the eye

data for each child this data will be a raw data and will be stored in a

excel sheet .

System is designed to pump the existing data from a laptop or the system

to the network Sql Server using a physical IP address. The data will pass

through few data filter process using procedures and generate the needful

reports for the Myopia research purpose.

Project : Materiel Management System.

In this project we have one login screen which is used for gathering

details of a user who is going to operate the System. Only users who are

having their individual login are allowed to use the system. All users are

not authorized to use all modules of the system. For Security reasons the

system users are classified into three categories. Which are mentioned

below:-

1. Super User

2. Supervisor

3. General User.

The Purchase people and stores people will be having respective login to

use the software.

This system is designed in such a way which will support to generate the

purchase order with a purchase order number for purchase department people

the purchase order number will be checked by the stores people when they

receive the good from the vendor and then generates the item receive

invoice.

After goods reach stores will issue the goods to respective department

depending upon the indent put by each department.

The System will support all day to day activities of a stores and purchase

department of an organization.

Project : ICD Coding (International Coding for Diagnosis).

This project is developed for MRD (Medical Record Department)

Which will store the patient international diagnosis code a unique code

which is given by American diagnosis society .

These data are entered online and the data automatically gets converted

into to respective code and stores them in ADS format this data are entered

by the consultants in the Out patients department. This system also stores

the Pictures of eye from system and stores them in each folder by a unique

number for future reference.

Stores Management.

Restile Ceramics is a commercial tile manufacturing company and in this

project, we have maintained all tables related to stores. The project works

relate to materials coming from different vendors and sending rejected

materials back to vendors whenever the materials received it is cross

verified with the purchase order raised by purchase department.

It also receives material requisition from various departments and

materials are issued to different departments according to requisition

specifications. It generates reports like materials received, materials

issued, materials rejected in stores etc.

Invoice Generation.

Invinex is basically a drug manufacturing company we developed project for

its corporate office where we allowed the user to store the data for

Customers,retailers, government organizations and others who deal with the

company. In this project new customer can be added to existing customer,

amount calculation can be done automatically when quantity and price are

entered, taking into consideration of discount on the amount and deducting

percentage of tax, keeping provision for change of rate of product,adding

new products and ups and downs of government taxes .

It also creates reports as customer outstanding amount report, customer

performance report, customer order report, customer's addresses etc.
