Worked directly with the Global Oracle Consulting Operations team,
Managing Directors and Technical Managers to help dissever ongoing project
and hiring needs. Worked 100% remote for the Global Oracle Consulting
Group. Responsible for full recruiting processes and hiring over 25
fulltime Oracle and Siebel consultants with a 100% acceptance rate at a
CPH less than $4,000/hire. Was able to hire both functional and technical
Oracle consultants at a low cost per hire. The resources were brought in a
timely fashion and was able to locate and close senior level candidates
with more difficult skill sets. Hiring project deadlines were met with

offer and compensation package creation. Sourced consultants in the areas

Responsible for assisting the sales staff to source and qualify prospective
clients for a Commercial Real Estate business. Client contacts are obtained
through warm leads, referrals, newspapers and Internet sourcing. Client

Co-manage the daily activity of the recruiting and sales team consisting of
five technical recruiters and five account executives reporting to the
National Director of Recruiting. Responsible for prioritizing and assigning
recruiting requirements according to client relationship, profitability,
technical skill set and projected time investment.
In addition to co-management of staff, responsibilities include nationwide
recruitment of individuals specializing in Software Development, Systems
Administration, Web Design and Web Development primarily for UNIX and
Windows platforms. Technical candidates are obtained through Internet
recruiting, employee referral and specialized recruiter sourcing.
Responsible for sourcing, qualifying, testing and interviewing prospective
candidates. Assist the Vice President in direct relation of expanding and
maintaining the company's national partnerships with Fortune 100/500
companies.
Assist in the on-going technical training of the recruiting and account
executive staff on technology, contract negotiation and Request for
Proposals (RFP) for Fortune 500 companies. Responsible for researching,
evaluating and implementing Internet recruiting strategies along with
technical job fairs and seminars. Responsible for researching new technical
affiliations, on-line training and testing facilities.
Responsible for the full life cycle deployment of EZaccess, an advanced
resume search and retrieval database residing on Oracle. Worked side by
side with the Project Manager, Systems Administrator and Network
Administrator to insure proper deployment of the system. Detailed duties
included the full analysis of existing databases, (Envoy, a recruiting
database residing on FoxPro) database mapping, customization, end user
training and system maintenance and administration. The successful
deployment of EZaccess has increased interoffice communication, candidate
submittal and requisition notification by 80%, thus significantly
increasing company profitability and client satisfaction.

January 1996 to June 1999
Promoted to Technical Recruiter to support the growth of Information
Technologies Division. Was responsible for recruiting a wide variety of
technical individuals specializing in Client/Server, Mid-Range and
Mainframe environments. Provided UNIX/Mainframe Systems Administrators,
Database Developers and Administrators, Software Developers for UNIX,
Windows, Mainframe and AS/400 platforms, LAN/WAN Engineers, PBX, Central
Office and Wireless Telecommunications. Responsible for maintaining
existing accounts for the division. Performed requisition qualifications,
assisted account executives with sales calls, interviews and
retention/quality assurance of clients and consultants.
Was responsible for qualifying all candidates recruited, negotiation of pay
rates, facilitation of contract extensions, pay increases, payroll and
benefits counseling. Was also the primary recruiter and business
facilitator for the company's largest client, a telecommunications account.
Worked as a liaison in regards to the configuration and implementation of
EZaccess Database. Worked with off-site Project Managers and Network
Administrators for successful deployment of the system. Was responsible for
assisting in the customization of the system and end user training.
